
Wm. Todd Little, CPA:
Mr. Little is the principal and managing member of the firm. He started the practice in 1997 with the primary focus on the affordable housing industry. He began his accounting career at the accounting firm of Luffey, Little & Company in 1989, where his primary emphasis was on affordable housing. He is in charge of all aspects of the firm, with a heavy emphasis in our affordable housing and real estate development and tax practice.

Carol Brasher, CPA:
Ms. Brasher is the manager in charge of our auditing and assurance practice. She joined the firm in 1999. Her responsibilities include over 252 financial statement audits for various types of clients. She is very experienced in performing audits for clients in the following industries: affordable housing, local government,
construction, public housing authorities, and not-for-profit industries.

Angela Bryan, CPA:
Ms. Bryan is the manager in charge of our tax practice. She joined the firm in 2000. Her responsibilities include oversight of over 600 personal and business tax returns for various types of clients. She is very experienced in performing tax returns for clients in the following industries: affordable housing, local government, construction, public housing authorities, and not-for-profit industries.

Mariah Brown, CPA:
Ms. Brown is the manager in charge of our consulting/development practice. She joined the firm in 2016. Her responsibilities include overall planning and coordination of new housing and rehabilitation developments from the construction/rehabilitation phase and cost certification until Stabilization of operations. Mariah has experience with performing 10% Taxpayer Carryover certifications and audits of Certificates of Actual Cost, and performing attestation engagements, such as 50% bond test certifications.
